Andy Dalton Set To Stay With The Cincinnati Bengals

Andy Dalton may stay with the Cincinnati Bengals when it is all said and done.

Many anticipated that Dalton would end up getting traded after the Bengals earned the top overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. However, it is now looking like that may not be the case.

“I truly believe they want what’s best for me, but I understand it’s a business, and you know how that goes,” Dalton said.

“With the first pick, if they take a quarterback like everyone expects, that could trigger something. There’s even a scenario where I go back there.”

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor has acknowledged that keeping Dalton around may be a possibility.

“Everything’s on the table, and that’s the truth,” Taylor said.

“Given the circumstances going on in the world right now, it doesn’t make sense not to keep our options open. [Bringing him back is] something to consider.”

What will happen with Dalton? Time will tell.
