Update: Alex Caruso has agreed to a 4-year, $37 million deal with the Chicago Bulls.

Throughout his time with the Los Angeles Lakers Alex Caruso proved himself to be a solid three-point shooter and tenacious defender. Those two qualities, coupled with him being arguably the best teammate anyone can ask for, have made him something of a hot commodity among this year’s free agent class.

Caruso isn’t just winning on the basketball court, though. He is doing quite well off it as well.

The former Texas A&M standout is reportedly dating Instagram model Mia Amabile.

In the midst of Caruso’s current free agency recruiting tour, Amabile reacted on social media with a photo of the pair together.

In fact, according to Sam Leweck of Lakers Daily, the pair just went Instagram official.

Caruso has also left many hints of his relationship with Amabile in her Instagram comments.

Given the content on Amabile’s Instagram page, it’s easy to see why Caruso is so smitten.

All that being said – Caruso currently has bigger fish to fry. He is a free agent this summer and there are three teams hovering in the background, trying to steal him from the Lakers. There is also the possibility that he remains in LA, an option he got brutally honest about not long ago.

One way or another, Caruso has a potentially life-changing few weeks ahead of him. Where will he land when it’s all said and done? Time will tell.
