2020 NFL Mock Draft: Justin Herbert Getting Drafted Before Tua Tagovailoa?

Will Justin Herbert be taken before Tua Tagovailoa when the draft rolls around? That is the question experts are asking with just a week to go before the 2020 NFL Draft.

According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, he spoke to a dozen execs from a bunch of different teams and seven of them predicted Herbert would go ahead of Tagovailoa.

“It was not a very complex passing offense (at Oregon), but the kid is more than cerebral enough to pick that up, and he’s got a big-time arm,” one AFC executive said of Herbert.

“The concern is, at the top of his drop, deciphering coverage — he just doesn’t have a lot of experience doing that, so he’s going to take some time. I just think he’s got a really high ceiling.”

Where will Tagovailoa ultimately end up? Time will tell.
