LSU Coach Ed Orgeron’s Alleged Bedroom Photos Leak Out

LSU Coach Ed Orgeron’s Alleged Bedroom Photos Leak Out

LSU head football coach Ed Orgeron is in the midst of a difficult season. After winning the National Championship with Joe Burrow last year, many of his assistant coaches and star players departed. That left him with something of a rebuilding situation on his hands. So far, through three weeks of games, he is 1-2 on the year.

Professional happenings notwithstanding, this has also been a trying year for Orgeron on a personal level. Roughly a month after he won the National Title and signed a six-year, $42 million contract to remain LSU’s head coach, his marriage of 23 years ended. Orgeron and his wife Kelly were married in 1997 and had twin sons together, who they raised alongside Kelly’s son from her first marriage.

This week, photos leaked out that seem to show Orgeron enjoying his newfound bachelorhood. Although the pictures in question have not been corroborated or confirmed by the LSU coach himself, that did not stop them from immediately going viral.

Needless to say, fans had some reactions.

It will be interesting to see if Orgeron comes out and comments on these photos in any capacity over the next few days, or if he will be content to simply let the salacious rumors burn themselves out and then just move on with his life.

Personal matters notwithstanding, Orgeron and his LSU football team have a showdown against South Carolina on the books on Saturday, Oct. 24. The Gamecocks are coming off a big win over Auburn, so momentum is on their side.

Last week, the Tigers were supposed to square off against the Florida Gators, but the game was ultimately postponed due to COVID-19.

Heading into this weekend, LSU is listed as a seven-point favorite over South Carolina. Will the outside noise distract them enough to make this outing competitive? Time will tell.
